Data dashboards and websites that actually work
I'm Thiago Rodrigues, and I work with two core deliverables: dashboards that turn messy data into useful information for decision-makers, and websites built from scratch for businesses that need a real digital presence — not a template.
Dashboards
& Consulting
I deliver complete Power BI dashboards, from data diagnosis to published report — without requiring the data to already be organized. Before opening any tool, I understand the problem: what exists, what is missing, and what decision the data needs to support. From there, I structure the foundation, build the model, and deliver a dashboard ready for daily use.

Website
Creation
The result is a website with its own identity — not a generic template. I handle everything: design, code, and deployment. The site needs to load fast, show up on Google, and work well on any device — while conveying your brand.

How does a project work from start to finish?
Before any tool, the scoping conversation. I need to understand what already exists, what is missing, and what decision the data needs to support. Most projects start with a discovery call — at no cost and no commitment — where we map the problem and define the most direct path forward.
- 01
Discovery
Map the problem, existing data, and expected outcome.
- 02
Scope
Deliverables, timeline, and investment defined and documented.
- 03
Execution
Direct communication throughout — no surprises.
- 04
Delivery
Results presented with docs for the team to take over.
Common questions about hiring
Do you work with companies from any industry?
Yes. Data problems tend to look the same across different sectors — scattered spreadsheets, reports that take too long to produce, metrics no one trusts. What changes is the business context and vocabulary, which I learn during the initial discovery session.
When does it make sense to organize the data before building a dashboard?
When the sources are still generating noise, information arrives in inconsistent formats, or the team spends time consolidating what already exists. The first step is to organize the sources, align what matters, and make the information more consistent for day-to-day use.
Does the company need to already have Power BI set up?
Not necessarily. I work with companies that already have a Power BI license and with those just getting started. If you don't have it yet, I'll guide you through choosing the right license for your use case before the project begins.
How long does a dashboard project typically take?
It depends on the complexity of the data source and how many views the report needs. Simple projects with already-organized data are done in one to two weeks. Projects that involve data organization first usually take three to five weeks.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, fully remote. All communication happens via WhatsApp, email, or video call. This doesn't affect the quality of delivery — most projects don't require any in-person presence at any stage.
How do I start a project or ask a question?
The most direct route is via WhatsApp. In your first message, it helps to briefly describe the context, the main challenge, and what you'd like to understand better. That's enough for me to point you in the right direction from the very first conversation.
